great amenities but a few letdowns

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, with freshly brewed coffee and a variety of options that catered to different tastes. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which was well-maintained throughout my stay. The view from my room, overlooking the garden, provided a serene escape. The parking facility was another highlight, making it easy to come and go without hassle.

Beautiful and Luxurious Stay

We loved everything about our stay! The Standard Double or Twin Room was beautiful and well-equipped, providing a luxurious environment. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide range of choices that cater to various tastes. The rooftop pool was a gem, never crowded even in August, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The rooftop pool offered a relaxing retreat with stunning views, and the friendly reception staff made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The homemade jams at breakfast received particular praise for their freshness and flavor. the check-in process was somewhat slow, and the cleanliness of common areas could improve. while the location was excellent, the noise from nearby streets was noticeable, especially at night.

The Junior Suite was spacious, but the parking fee felt excessive.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach, and the rooftop pool is a true gem. My room was spacious, and the décor had a stylish touch. the breakfast service could improve, especially with a bit more efficiency during busy hours.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the Marina and enjoyed walks in the Old Town, soaking in the stunning views from the San Pedro Promenade. The location is super convenient, with loads of cafes and shops nearby. Make sure to check out the local art galleries and restaurants!

One downside was the slow check-in process. We arrived a bit tired and would have loved a faster welcome.

The room came with a nice little balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Another highlight was the hotel's prime location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the thick of town's hustle and bustle.

The bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell that was off-putting, not what you'd expect from a hotel claiming to have spa amenities. The spa facilities were quite disappointing. with the steam room out of service and the sauna not ready when it was supposed to open, it felt a bit half-baked. The 'spa experience' just didn't deliver for the extra cost, especially with non-functional showers and a chilly jacuzzi. A few tweaks would have really improved the stay, like better pillows and addressing the odd odors around the lobby and lifts.
